Only the last rift beast in the Bloodline Glade woven echo dropped items/organs/bones. The second of eight beasts I killed had a heart and no heart was dropped in the final loot pile. The pool of dropped items/organs was much smaller than you’d expect from killing eight rift beasts and I received less than 400 bones. I wasn’t sure if this was a bug, but I sure hope it is.
