Fortunately, I wasn’t in the middle a fight or else I would have been blinded by the darn palm trees. Sure, they look cool, but in all practicality, they are a gameplay annoyance.
Are there any plans on removing environment obstacles from blocking our views of the battlefield?

These are very specific to Map locations AFAIK they have to be fixed on a case by case basis by the Map designers. You will find more. I promise.
If you are so inclined a quick bug report with a screenshot like you have included will help the devs find them all. (posts in the bug section are more readily seen by the devs).
