Blessings not displaying what they are

After defeating the husk of Elder Gaspar on the Last Ruin Monolith the choice of blessings dispayed but when hovered over did not detail what they were and what the affix was they gave.
In the Blessings section of Inventory the Last Ruin Discovered Blessings is empty with none displayed.
