When respecing the blessings, if you select a blessing, then close the window on the confirmation screen, reopen the respec menu (which is still on the confirmation screen), then confirm respec, the blessing is not applied to the proper timeline, but always to Fall of the Outcasts.

Minion Damage blessing from Spirits of Fire is in the Fall of the Outcasts slot. It also applies normally to the character stats, so it’s not just a visual bug.
