Bladedancers’s Umbral Blades skill node Subzero Intrusion does not work after 0.9i patch updated.
Before the patch, the UB could correctly freeze the enemy and the char panel correctly showed the freeze rate of 24 (if it is the only source of freeze rate) which the skill node gave. However, after the patch, you can no longer freeze the enemy with this skill node and the char panel keeps showing 0 for freeze rate. The skill node information shows that it should turn the skill from physical to cold and has a chance to freeze the enemy with a freeze rate of 24.
