Currently playing Umbral Blade Shadow Dagger. The build uses the Blade Storm node. I have run multiple monoliths and the Blade Storm never procs shadow daggers. I know it was nerfed to proc 40% Less but as shown in the video it never proc’s ever. It was working 2-3 days ago but I just got on and now it currently is bugged and unplayable as that is the main source of damage and in turn leech.
