Biding keys - UI UX improvement

When you go to Settings → Gameplay → Change input keys and start rebinding your keys for actions, why there is an extra and definitely unnecessary window which requires another action from the player when you press an ability first in the key bind list.

first step, see list of all action keys:

second step, select a keybind from the list

third step, finally bind the key:

Just remove the step 2, go directly to step 3 when you select a keybind in the list in step 1. You have a timer in there anyways after you finally start binding the key.

If you want to REMOVE a key bind you can have that functionality in the final keybinding window (step 3).

It’s a minor issue but any extra and unnecessary interaction in UI should be eliminated.
