Hi, it sucks that I cannot drop the cooldown of Bhuldar’s Wrath from 6 secs to lower even though I have cooldown reduction on my items.
Would be awesome if I could reduce it’s cooldown somehow.
Same feedback applies for all items that have a longer cooldown on them.
Having to wait for 6 seconds before I can do damage is not fun.
Also, the item works with movement abilities, which is what Evade is so you can trigger it if you even - not sure if that’s intended.
