I’d like itemization based on this idea, never implemented in Diablo 3 : Do more damage based on your missing life, and cooldown skills when you loose life. It would boost Marrow Shards, which is roughly equivalent to Blood Lance in Diablo 3.
Of course we can adapt this idea to the last Epoch ecosystem, which means microsets (3-4 pieces max), unique instead of sets, shield instead of armor, …etc.
