Planning to build Lich necrotic damage with Transplant, Reaper and Death Seal.
What is the better combo of skills, together with mentioned, for monoliths and why?
Rip Blood + Bone Curse
Spirit Plague + Wandering spirits
Also should I invest more in armor or dodge ?

Either of those would be good.Rip Blood, Bone Curse & all of the explosions on Transplant can be a massive nuke, which Spirit Plague can get massive % DoT damage buffs on packs.
First and foremost, welcome to the LE Community!
Both of you suggested combinations are very strong.
I would say Rip Blood + Bone Curse is objectively stronger, because of some crazy interaction of those skills themselves and also for example Transplant + Bone Curse.
Transplant can get up to 7 explosions (3 at depature + 4 at arrival), thay all hit individually.
Also Bone Curse can cause Rip Blood casts
I also would like to mention, that there are 2 more necrotic skills, which are both very good in their own right: Soul Feast + Hugnering Souls.
Soul Feast + Bone Curse is a really fun and strong playstyle.
Hungering Souls has some really awesome synergy with Death Seal (spitting out Hungering Souls every 0,33 seconds). This also works insanely well together with Bone Curse, because you can make Death Seal spit out hugnering souls, while still hitting with Death Wave.
This way Death Seal and Hungering Souls can cause 5-6 hits per second on top of you casting your regular spamming ability (like Soul Feast or Rip Blood)
Firstly i would invest into health, because that is incredibly easy to scale on Acolyte, Acolyte has the best Health Idols in the game.
After that i would invest into armor, because Acolyte has some good synergies with Bone Armour, Reaper Form and Death Seal, they all can grant very high flat armour values, if you invest a little bit into % increased armour you can easily reach 50-70% armour.
I was disappointed when I saw that it only fires out 1 Soul though, no matter what.
If you actually wanted to use that mechanic for AoE, yeah that’s kinda disappointing, but for single target dmg this is sufficient anyway, especially when you then go “Isolation” for the Big Soul.
I just really like this interaction for getting as many hits/sec out for stuff like armour and resistance shred
Is there DoT health leech for Spirit Plague?
Lich is the only Mastery that has access to non conditional Health Leech (excluding one specific unique item).
You already get 1% from the Mastery bonus and another up to 5% from the “Soul Maw” Passive
This works for any damage you deal, Damage Over Time, Ailment Damage or any other damage that is coming from you.

The leech from Survival of the Cruel (spell leech) also applies to the Spirit Plague damage but not any DoTs the skill applies (via the Toxic Transmission & Hemorraghe nodes).
