When should we expect patch notes for Beta? I am hoping we get them at 24hours before beta launch so we can better plan our builds. Thanks for the awesome game

They usually gave the patchnotes before the update so you can expect to also be the case for the beta release. Might be wrong though, wait and see 
wanted to see in regards to beta, is it unlimited until full release or can you only play on certain dates?

Judging from the alpha, it will be unlimited
Well the Alpha is playable 24/7 so no reason the Beta wont be as well.
