On Windows 10, Steam. I can open the vsync dropdown only one time, and the selection always set it to off, regardless if it is half or on. When I try to click it again afterwards, it does not open.
The only way to change the option is through the graphics ini file. Then it appears on when I reopen the game, but still have the same bug when I click on the dropdown in the UI.
