Bee Build: Doublet of Onos Tull

Hello there,
I discovered that I have all the unique needed for the Bee Build, almost all of them have 1 or 2 legendary potential. I know, not overpowered but better than nothing.

Anyway I’d like to know this:
Is it worth leveling using the unique chest with zero legendary potential until I find a better one or I must use a rare/exalted chest and change it until a find a good unique with legendary potential?
