Beams do not work well on slopes

Generally, you should include:
When fighting on a slope (e.g. stairs), beams (e.g. Disintegrate) have trouble attacking creatures or objects that are above or below your current elevation. Some ranged attacks (e.g. Lightning Blast) seem to work fine.

I don’t have any video taking software setup, sorry.

Reproduction:

  1. Stand at the top of stairs
  2. Target enemies at the bottom of the stairs (or ones coming up the stairs towards you).
  3. Use a beam skill (e.g. Disintegrate) and try to hit them.
  4. Keep missing until they’re very close to you/your elevation.

Try again, but in #3 use another ranged skill (e.g. Lightning Blast) and you’re able to hit the monsters at the bottom without issue.
