Bazaar eat my gold

I received a notice that I sold an item in the Bazaar.
I noticed that I sold a 3LP bow for 2.9m gold.
When I try to receive the gold, an error msg came out and ask me to try later.
Sooner or later, I saw the bow was lying in the “Sold List” and blurred, but I didnt receive any gold…
What went wrong?
