Im using Battlemage’s Endeavour. I have spammed plenty of SpellBlade Melee attacks and not a single Lightning blast proc over the 2 levels Ive used it. Tested on a boss by just spamming flamebrand. No extra damage numbers jumped up, and no mana usage was seen.
