Bane of Winter - Bugged

Bane of Winter does not add added Melee Damage to Added Spell Damage.

Tooltip on Avalanche is super weak, adding a +92 Spell Damage staff with no other affixes almost doubles the DPS tooltip on Avalanche when Bane of Winter is removed.

Please fix thanks!
