Logi’s Hunger [+3 Fire Critical Strike Chance] does not affect Ballista’s crit chance when using Flaming Shots to give it the [Fire] tag and Perfect Aim to give it your crit chance.
How do you know it’s not working? It may be that minion gets the fire tag (which is what the game tooltip shows) but the summoning skill doesn’t.
I tested in game and asked Mike on Discord. He told me to bug report it as it is intended for it to work.
