I bought 9 Bags of Amber and exchanged all of them for Memory Amber. Then I moved to Haven of Silk to purchase Woven Echoes. However, all 45,000 Memory Amber that I had just exchanged disappeared. Please return my Memory Amber!

Had the same thing happen to me. I bought a bag and tried to open it, which failed, then teleported to the Haven of Silk and the bag was gone along with what I paid for it.
