I couldn’t find the badges page, where are the badge settings?

is that the mobile app? I might be an idiot, I can’t find it on pc
you can install the forum into your phone.
Just to the forum into your browser phone and then use the command install page into your phone.
the browser will make a “app” on your “home screen” page in your phone.
Click on your user on the top right, select the last option from the right: Profile. That will take you to the screen @Heavy is showing.

The bar with Âccount, Security and Profile should be scrollable to the right. There are more options. If you’re using a mobile and having issues with that, you can try loading the desktop version (might have to change the url as well, since some sites use the m. subdomain).
Did you purchase LE via steam? Have you linked your steam and LE account?
Maybe your profile currently has no badges and thus not showing any
On the row that has the cog for the settings, there should be a star (kinda) directly to the left which has your badges, that’s where is is on my phone (no need to “install” a web page on your phone).
When I’m on my phone, I have the envelope icon for messages (as you do), then I have a person with a + (invites) then the star (badges), then the cog (as you do in the pic above).
Edit: it’s the same as Heavy’s.
This is the likely cause. I think you were supposed to get a badge if you purchased it at a certain date regardless of extra purchases.
I dont have the badge stuff either. I purchased LE in 2021, long before 0.9 etc. I have the backback for having it before then, as well as the uglycute little gremlin man

But have no badges and never had them. My steam is also linked to my forum account already.
Honestly just seems like a bug for lots of us.

Checked everywhere and it’s not there.
Probably this is why you can’t find it.
I’m not sure, what are the conditions for receiving them.

I actually only got them yesterday. I hadn’t realized there were active supporter packs until I checked the shop for my points from upgrading to Ultimate.
They took about 30 mins to be credited into the forum. So that’s probably not your issue. You should probably ask for it in customer service. Maybe it’s an issue with purchases before you had to link your steam account?
EDIT: this last paragraph isn’t targetted at @iogann but at the OP.
The badges button should show up once you get one. I had to message customer support to get mine activated since I purchased the supporter pack about a week before I started posting here. They were very quick to respond and fix the issue.

I see, thank you. I’ve upgraded to ultimate edition but I guess that doesn’t have any badge associated with it
No, badges are related to support packs. Some go way back.
