I skilled “Twin Spirits” and then later on “Covenant of Souls”, because the tool tip there says you get one more Wraith per level.
However, there is NO additional Wraith due to “Twin Spirits” apparently. This tooltip combination is misleading and incorrect!

We are revising the tool tips of these nodes to mention they don’t function with these each.
