"Aura of Divinity" Skill Tree Node from the Paladin doesnt work or doesnt show up the difference in the Character screen

As i said in the the title, nothing changes when you skill into the node

I’m seeing the same behavior. Doesn’t look like it is affecting the passive increases nor the active increases.
