Aura of Decay has a broken Respite node.
The node should only grant regeneration bonus whenever the aura gets deactivated.
In fact it grants the bonus approximately every 4-5 seconds, possibly due to aura’s “self-recast” code or something like that. This is also seen in character sheet: every several seconds aura bonus/penalty to corresponding resistance switches off for a short duration, then applies back. So this has something to do with how Aura of Decay works as a skill (recasts itself, triggering “on deactivation” components on every recast), and this noticeably hurts the low HP builds (we really don’t want that extra HP regen here).
