Is there any way to maintain Poison Aura of Decay without dying?
The only way I have been able to sustain it was with a very high Ward/Second with Exsanguinous and Last Steps of the Living.
I haven’t been able to have it sustainable while also not being squishy to mobs though.
I also haven’t been able to get much damage out of it either. There seems to be better options for poison builds.

Supplemental:
If you have enough health and don’t use Icarian Poison, Absence of Life (many healing effectiveness needed plus things like Inoculation, Oracle Amulet, etc.) will do.
You can also switch to Decrepify in Aura of Decay and only lose some armor if you want.
I have scrapped my build so I can’t tell how exactly, but yes it is possible to sustain Aura of Decay, though it requires some investment. It was a Poison Lich, and she was all built around Poison.
