If you using the node “absence of life” with aura of decay, it heals you and your affected allies based on missing health. However, the healing on the minions scales with the minion’s healling effectiveness rather than your own. It’s the player casting the skill so that sounds incorrect. I tested it with up to 800% increased healing effectiveness and the healing on the minions never change (including minion missing health on the observations and also player missing health just as a sanity check).
The amount of healing a minion gets will be dependent on your missing health multiplied by your healing effectiveness. I’m not aware of there being a minion healing effectiveness stat but because minions have way more hp than the player it may not look as though they’re getting much healing.
They barely get healed at all, even if I get healed by a tick of 2k heath. No matter how much I get healed their health barely moves, and encounters that are super easy for me to survive are impossible for them. I can try sending you a video if you don’t believe me. Minions do have healing effectiveness stat (there’s even a minion healing effectiveness idol affix for primalist). I’m not trying to be rude but a tester should know that.
I just tested by summoning a wraith (they currently have 1627 max hp on this character [base hp + int scaling hp + level scaling hp] times inc minion health) and equiping exsanguinous on my 3000~ hp character which left me with barely 1% of my hp. Then I waited for half the wraiths hp to expire and activated aura of decay with the wraith in range. This instantly healed me to full life, while the wraiths hp didn’t move at all. Which means minions arent being healed whatsoever or the healing is so minuscule it really can’t be seen. If it worked properly, the wraith should also be healed to full health. So it is bugged.
