Assemble Abomination -> Unbalanced cooldown for Double Strike, Devoring Souls and Stomp

The player Stormquake said in Discord that Stomp, the Abomintion feature bringed by Shaterred Simulacrum, has a very short timer. 1 or 2 secondes.

But Double Strike, from Spoilfs of War, has like 8 seconde cooldown. And it’s less powerfull than stunning a group of ennemis.

Devouring Souls, of Corrupting Palate node, has 8 secondes cooldown too (by the way Corrupting Palate is a very weak power compared to the two others).

I guess there is a bug here, or an inbalanced situation.

I think 8 secondes is too long for the Abomination. It’s a powerfull specialised skill which requires some minions to be sacrified. So if you offert it one special minion, you should have a more impactfull feature I think.

On the other side, 1-2 secondes for Stomp, is not enough.
