I have taken Aspect of the Storm in the Tornado specialization tree, as well as Gust of Renewal. In the character stats screen I have seen my movement speed increase by 10% (i.e. 29% to 39%) and my mana regen increase by 12% (i.e. 8/s to 9/s). But no buff appears in the space above the potion area, where Storm Stacks or Howl would appear.
