Aspect of the boar not proccing when hitting totems with upheval

so the description on upheaval ‘masters of the totem’ node clearly states “upheaval HITS grants totems buffs,…”

and the passive node ‘boar heart’ description states ‘aspect of the boar chance on melee hit’ and NOT ‘melee hit on enemy/enemies’
and upheaval is a melee skill. so bug?
