On top of the other bug that got fixed regarding this talent, I am certain it may not be increasing damage conversions properly. (Physical from fire/necro)
Equip any fire/necrotic item with the node allocated dps increases
Physical damage does not increase it at all (or at least the tool tip)
Curious what actually works about this talent, as it clearly was not tested properly.
