"Armour shred chance" shard can't be applied to bows

This shard is called “armour shred chance” when hovering over it. It shows up as “chance to shred armour on hit” in your forge. It says on the shard itself that it can be applied to bows. I’ve tried multiple bows (with open prefix and suffix) and I can’t choose this shard (it doesn’t show up when the bow is in the forge). Last Epoch tools website also lists this as being able to be applied to bows and says the required level is 27. I’m lv 50. Am I missing something, or is this a bug with the game? Thanks!

I’m aware that there is already a thread about this from december last year. However it is marked as having a solution even though it clearly is a bug and is still present in the game.
