Armor and Crit Reduction shard still bugged

“Armor and Reduced Bonus Damage from Critical Strikes” bugged. Name of the shard is displayed as 715 in the main forge interface and as a blank line (unsearchable) in the shard list interface. Reported several times in September and those reports are now locked.
