In the Side quest “Hidden Gems”, when your are in the Wraith Dunes in Imperial Era
If you use the portal to go back in town when you are around the platform Argolos spawns on, when you take your portal back, Argolos is not spawning anymore.
If you use your portal further away he is spawning correctly.
