Arena Champion Boss may not drop selected items

I ran the level 70 Champion Arena, I was given the option between an arena key and a unique weapon. I chose unique weapon but the reward did not dropped.

This was one day ago.

Did your loot filter perhaps hide that item? Or maybe when you were playing you hit the button that hides items?
