The chance to get some specific arena boss item is 30%+ according to planner.
I spent 20 arena keys (17 t4) and got 0 boss items no matter what type of boss it was.
May be the chance is 3% and it’s not a bug. But 0.7 in 20 power is very close to 0, not to 1.
