Last Act, post Lagon.
After a logout (due to the now classic Druid form bar issue) and a night of sleep, trying to get back where i was after the bug yesterday, only to find that many of my waypoint are now gone and Locked.
The Upper Temple / Temple Rooftops where i need to be (and was) is now Locked.
Lower Temple and Chamber of Vessels too.
I’m having the same issue. On the quest ‘Apophis and Majasa’. Yesterday rode the bird down to the new area, logged out before getting waypoints it seems. No way back in, waypoints are locked.
Found a solution - just go to osprix warcamp, ride the bird, and get to the temple rooftops. All good now.
