Eterra’s Blessing has some weird interactions with totems. I am currently running a full totem build and have noticed a few things. If you cast EB on FT with Ardent Touch spec’d, you increase attack/cast/move speed by 30% at max. Oddly enough, by doing so you then increase the cast speed of your other totems. This is visibly noticeable on Thorn Totem. I’m not good at the maths here, and I am not very sure on how this interaction happens. My speculation is that by increasing the cast speed of FT, you then apply Frenzy more often or it is somehow increasing the frenzy effect granted.
