Ardent Lord! Issues

I purchased the Ardent Lord package on 2/6/21. I was unable to redeem in Steam as my account shows linked (It’s not). I submitted a support email on 2/7/21 with all details. I got an answer on 2/9/21 saying it was resolved. (It wasn’t). I replied 2/9/21. After another two days without an answer I replied again on 2/11/21. Is this what $250 support for the game gets someone?
