i bought the beta pack on November 10, 2019 and I was waiting to receive it and until today I haven’t received it!

I’ve looked into this and corrected a problem which may have prevented you from accessing your Juvenile Skullen. If there’s anything else, could you please provide more information?

now i got the Juvenile Skullen, but I didn’t get the Ardent Glatiator armor skin, and where can I check if I received 350 Cosmetic Points?
