Archmage and Deathknight

Heyo Guys i have a question the note on deathknight says it removes all mages does this also mean the archmage note or is it special since its archmage and not only mage?

The sentence “removes all mages” means that the skill will no longer spawn the standard mage that casts a necrotic projectile.

If you have Archmage and Deathnight then the Archmage will be a Deathknight :slightly_smiling_face:.

so that means if i skill it i will only get an deathknight and not deathknigt + Archmage?

correct

Archmage isnt a mage type.

Archmage is a modifier to mages(which deathknights are) giving them increased stats at the expense of only being allowed one.

The deathknight node just makes it so you cant summon Cryomancers, Mages, or Pyromancers. Which are the other mage types.

so i get an deathknight with the statt up of an archmage?

Yes, if you take deathknight and archmage you can summon a single deathknight that has enhanced stats.
