Are there any plans to add a spider model swap?
I was enjoying this game until I encountered them. I can kill them off-screen with my minions, but there are too many. I have to do this too often to enjoy the game.
Are there any workarounds or mods that won’t get you banned to try and fix this?
If not, please add some, just a model swap to a skeleton or something. Arachnophobia is relatively common, 3%-15% of the population, according to Google.
TLDR: these spiders are scary; please nerf.

I second this. Props to the animators, but the spiders in this game are terrifying. It would both be good for the 15% of the population that’s at least mildly arachnophobic and it makes for fantastic PR.
Neat idea for a mod. Never heard of arachnophobia being that tough in a videogame before. Interesting stuff. Hope it gets better.
Same, please, please, a mod for us with arachnophobia! I love this game, but if it wasn’t for my boyfriend killing the spiders and guiding me while in those areas, waiting for the corpses to despawn, I would never have been able to play the game, and there is a fucklot of spiders in all nasty variations, I’m impressed and nauseous. A mod would make it 10/10 and make it possible for me to play alone as well, something I’m not able to at the moment, unless I only go where there aren’t spiders, and well, they are in many, many, many places. I tried making a melee class, and quickly realized, I can’t play such a class, because I would need to be in their faces and I just can’t. So for now, ranged class it is, but I do have a lot of fun with it. I do love this game, except for the spiders.
