So I read somewhere that the ‘Chance to receive a Glancing Blow’ tooltip is bugged/inaccurate when you take Apostacy. Mine is stuck at 71% no matter how much flat Dodge I add. Is the lastepochtools.com build planner accurate? When I export my character there I’ve overcapped ‘Chance to receive a Glancing Blow’. Thank you!
Conversions have never properly affected the character screen.
