My rogue with high dodge chance did not dodge ones.
Yea it’s just a visual bug. Still annoying for sure.

I was noticing the same thing today. I hope it’s just a reporting bug in our character sheet. I have a feeling that our actual glancing blow chance is not being calculated properly from Apostacy

According to my feelings, it does not work. But I could be wrong.
Not just a visual bug, confirmed it’s not working with corsairs 2-piece set bonus. I should have 100%+ glancing blow. Corsair converts 100% glancing blow to block chance. Not blocking every hit.
