Apogee of Frozen Light + Upheavel Totem

Hi guys,

The Weapon “Apogee of Frozen Light” gives +3 to cold minion skills.

This works perfectly fine with the Storm and Thorn Totems on the Shaman class. But unfortunately this is not working as expected with the skill Upheavel using the node “Upheavel Totems” in the tree, although the tags are clearly stating “minion” and “cold”.
