Apogee of Frozen Light interaction with Summon Skeletal Mage

Hello,

I’m not really sure if this is a bug/unintented interaction, so thought it’s better to report it just in case.

If you equip Apogee of Frozen Light and specialize in Skeletal Mages, you will get +3 to mages (works as intented, necrotic minion skill)

But, if i spec into Cryomancer node BUT DON’T spec into Frost Lich skill node, Apogee now gives +6 to mages (since without Frost Lich Skeletal mage has both necrotic and cold now)

If you spec into Frost Lich node, you lose the extra 3 skill points.

Is this intented interaction between the new unique and skeletal mages ?

It’s separately giving +3 to Cold Minion Skills and +3 to Necrotic Minion skills, which isn’t clear based on the tooltip, but it is intended.
