When converting Upheaval to Cold and Totems they have the “Cold” and “Minion” tags. This means Apogee of the Frozen Light sword should give it +3 skill points. This does not work.
Additionally, consuming Thorn Totems with the Upheaval totems does not proc Apogee’s “Frozen Vengeance” which also seems like a bug seeing that summoning more vines at vine limit does proc the buff.
