Since the start of the game I cannot join discord channel, I have sent like 5 tickets to support, 1 of them was never replied, second was closed without any reason and without possibility to feedback ( I know because I received confirmation that the ticket was received and closed), the last 3 were not even replied or registered, what exactly is happening there, anyone knows ?
I would say that is a discord issue, not an LE one. The server is public, anyone can join.
If they banned me for some reason, they could at least tell me so, from the ticket, because discord tells me to go to Last Epoch support and they do not reply
not a fan of discord. its a land without law 
Don’t really care about discord either, I care about the lag of empathy support has to reply to a ticket and just say " you’ve been banned deal with it", or " you have a problem speak with discord please" … For this particular reason I do not play LE because yeah, support is like that…GGG replies in hours, Blizzard replies in some days, LE never replies to any support ticket.
GGG does not reply in hours…more like months. they replied to me after 3 months and i’m not the only one. they have a 45 page long thread over there and everyone who replied had the same experience as i did.
GGG has the worst customer support i have ever seen in any game
They always answered me in hours with every problem…
Compared to this guys who ghosted me since launch
when was this? years ago? because back then they did have good support but not anymore. ever since chris left and poe2 launch the whole company went to the dogs
Hmm like 3 month’s ago, I texted them about a twitch drop and answered like in hours, I also texted them like 2 month’s ago about a ban and got an answer in 2 hours.
