Anyone else having problem with offline as well?

i know that lot of people went for offline mode to play atm but when I launch the game in full offline mode and try to create character I just get stuck in infinite loading screen after creating the character and triggering cinematic
if i then restart the game trough alt + f4 and click enter game nothing happens, there is just a little lag on animation of the character and minimap appears behind the character list in top right corner and stays there even when going into the character creation

YES i am also… i thought i was going crazy. I even installed the game on a new PC that never had the game on before… i choose offline mode in the steam properties, i choose offline in the game menu, make a offline character (even SCF) and still it goes back to “play offline”…

It’s all the same.Offline mode does not work with the same download parameters as in the post above.

Offline mode. Select character, click “Enter Game”, nothing happens.
