Anyone else had their offline characters and stash tabs deleted after starting 1.0 for the first time?

Did some (or all) of your offline characters and/or stash tabs got deleted with 1.0?

I lost ~50 characters at level 90+ and over 50 stash tabs with rare loot and was wondering how common that problem is.
Also my collection of custom loot filters is gone for good but those can be easily recreated.
