As the title says. Looking for a Marksman Fire build based around Cinder Strike based on current Passives and Skills. Looks like all builds I can find are for Detonating Arrow or Multishot or are very outdated. For now I’m going with what I think is best. Looking for a loot filter for it too maybe?
