My story goes like this, when Last Epoch launched, I wrote 3 tickets using the customer service tool on site to customer support. First ticket was acknowledged to be received but the ticket was closed without a reply. The second was acknowledged to be received but didn’t even get closed or something, the third didn’t even get acknowledged to be received…Since then I reviewed the game on steam and just stopped playing .
All 3 of my inquires were about, why am I unable to join the discord channel…
I am making this thread mostly for everyone to see how you ignore your customers.
